On September 10th Chef Tim Condon of the Angry Cactus West Texas Bar & Grill is taking over The Mill in Abilene’s SoDA District for one night only! This 5 Course meal is Chef Tim Condon’s introduction to the Abilene culinary scene. Come enjoy wonderful culinary experience put together by the award-winning Culinary Team of the Angry Cactus. In addition, Lucas Walter from Gibbs Vineyards will speak about the wines served. Additional wine by the bottle or case will be available for purchase through The Mill at the conclusion of the event.
